Designing a complete industrial learning environment for electric machine production, operation, testing and analysis.
A technical academy goes far beyond course materials. KNOWELEC designs the learning pathway, equipment and practical situations to reproduce the reality of an electric motor factory at training scale.
Based on the requirements and expected skills, we structure the modules, learning levels and practical work. The pathway can address production, methods, maintenance, quality, testing and engineering roles.
The base motor is specifically sized for learning while remaining representative of technology actually used in industry. It links design choices, components, manufacturing processes and measured performance.
Learners discover and practise the production cycle: component preparation, winding, assembly, inspection, testing and analysis. The platform makes the links between the manufacturing process and the motor’s final behaviour visible.
Learners carry out tests, use measurement data, compare expected and actual results, and diagnose deviations based on the machine’s electromagnetic, thermal and mechanical operation.
KNOWELEC can support the project from requirements definition to platform commissioning: learning architecture, equipment specifications, design of dedicated machines and benches, integration, validation of practical work and instructor training.
